I’ve been out and about a bit more this month however I have also been at some important events where I needed my makeup to hold up against all conditions.
Because of that need for reliability I turned to some old favourites as well as purchased some new products to fill in a gap in my collection.
My Makeup in Rotation During June
Viseart Dark Mattes Eyeshadow Palette
Physicians Formula Murumuru Butter bronzer Light
Flower Beauty In Your Prime Pore-Minimizing Primer
Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer
e.l.f. Sweat Resistant Mascara & Brow Duo
From that list the Viseart palette and the Physicians Formula bronzer are two products that I’ve owned for a while now.
The Dark Matte palette is a very reliable palette. I know I can pull it out and any of the shades will perform well and wear nicely throughout the day. They are not that dry type of matte, they sit very nicely on my skin.
The Flower Beauty primer was a recent purchase that I’ve been really enjoying, same with the Tarte shape tape concealer. I was fairly confident when I bought it that it would be a good concealer, it’s a cult favourite for a reason.
As for the e.l.f. mascara and brow duo, I’ve only had that for about a week now however it’s the best mascara in my collection as it doesn’t flake or smudge all day and so I’ve been wearing it everyday because of that.
I’m looking forward to continuing this month and getting some more wear and experience out of some of the newer products, look forward to a review of them soon!
