I mentioned this in a previous post about my skincare routine and I’m now ready to write a full review of this COSRX Oil-Free Ultra Moisturizing Lotion with Birchsap.
As I have oily skin I struggle to find really hydrating lotions that don’t look too greasy or feel too heavy on my skin. I’ve had bad reactions to heavy lotions in the past so this oil-free moisturiser really grabbed my attention.
I’ve actually already finished this bottle once and have bought a replacement so, spoiler alert, I do like this lotion.
This is a really nice moisturiser for my oily skin, it’s in-between being heavy and light so I use it in my morning routine and also if I ever feel like applying an extra hit of hydration before bed.
This spreads well over my skin and sinks in nicely without looking or feeling greasy at all however it still feels very soothing and hydrating on my skin.
During the Summer months I can use this as my main moisturiser with some extra hyaluronic acid if I need anything. During the drier Winter months I would probably layer this with another light moisturiser to get a little extra hydration.
Another positive I’ve noticed is that the bottle seems to last me a really long time which is always a good thing and I really like the pump packaging. It’s very clean and easy to use.
Overall I quite like this COSRX Oil-Free Ultra Moisturizing Lotion with Birchsap. I use this as an all-rounder moisturiser in my skincare routine and it never reacts poorly or feels greasy on my skin.
