This BH Cosmetics Zodiac Palette was one of the first eyeshadow palettes that I can remember really taking the social media influencers by storm.
It was because of all the hype this palette was generating online that I purchased it for myself. The colour scheme didn’t particularly call to me however after seeing the stunning swatches in photos I just couldn’t stop thinking about this palette.
Now that I own mine I can confirm the quality of these eyeshadows is fantastic.

The mattes are incredibly pigmented however they also blend out nicely without any patchiness or too much fall out. They will set down and wear all day with minimal fading which is great for my oily, hooded eyelids; not many eyeshadows hold up as well as these do.
The metallic shades are some of the most pigmented and smooth in my collection. I barely have to touch them with a finger or brush to get a huge amount of payoff on my eyelids. There can be a tiny amount of fallout however nothing that even remotely bothers me.
The colour layout isn’t exactly my dream, I wish there was more variety, particularly in the mattes. There are a lot of purples compared to the greater mix in the metallics. However in saying that BH Cosmetics has since released a Zodiac Love Signs palette that features the same layout with new shades so you could purchase that one or even both for a greater range of colours.
As for the highlighter I actually don’t use that. It’s formula is nice and it’s also very pigmented however it’s a little too much for how I like my highlighters so I don’t really wear it. It does also have yellow, gold reflects in it that I didn’t quite pick up from the photos of the palette.
Overall I love this BH Cosmetics Zodiac Palette. The shades are all incredibly pigmented and wear fantastically on my eyes. I’m not the biggest fan of the highlighter however that’s more personal preference than a lack of performance.
